Return & Exchange Policy

Talena believes in helping its customers as far as possible.

To maintain the trust between both parties, it is absolutely essential that the customer records a parcel opening video on receipt of the package. The video should be uncut and unedited to qualify for successful complaint registration. 

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt of the products along with the recorded unedited video.

The team will then inspect the situation and proceed with the replacement / exchange of the item depending upon stock availability. 

In case of any Refunds approved by Talena, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
